Ireland In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Byrne of Lurgan in
the County of Armagh being sound of mind and memory do think
proper to make this my last Will and Testament all written
with my own hand hereby revoking all others I desire all my
just debts to be paid And I leave and bequeath to my
Daughter Catherine Darnley Byrne all and singular my
freeholds Chattels Rights Credits and everything I die
possessed of what nature or kind soever or may be entitled
to appointing her my said Daughter my sole Executrix to
possess and also to dispose of as she may chuse in Witness
hereof I have put my hand and seal this eighth day of March
One thousand eight hundred and thirty Thomas Byrne Signed
sealed and declared by the said Thomas Byrne to be his last
Will and Testament in presence of us Robert Trail of Lurgan
