								BE it remembered that the 
								above named Michael Warren, John Haughy & Peter 
								Nowlan and every of them came before me, one of 
								His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for said 
								County, and acknowledged themselves to be 
								indebted to our Sovereign Lord the King, in the 
								Sums to their Names respectively annexed, that 
								is to say, The said Michael Warren in the Sum of 
								Forty Pounds sterl. The said John Haughy in the 
								Sum of Twenty Pounds, Do. And the said Peter 
								Nowlan in the Sum of Twenty Pounds Do.
		
								
								THE Condition of the 
								foregoing Recognizance is such, that if the 
								above bounden Michael Warren shall be and appear 
								in his Proper Person in open Court at the next 
								Sitting of the General Afsizes to be held at 
								Carlow in and for said County, and do attend the 
								Court from Day to Day during the said afsizes 
								and from afsizes to afsizes to be held for said 
								County, until discharged by the Court, and 
								answer all such Matters and Things, as shall be 
								objected against him on behalf of our said Lord 
								the King, by then the foregoing Recognizance to 
								be Void; otherwise to remain in full Force and 
								Virtue in Law.
