Margaret DOWLING married Constantine BROUGH in late 1700’s whose second son was named Redmond William Brough presumably after the mother’s father [naming tradition].

I believe her father to be Redmond DOWLING who was a Brewer.

Constantine Brough was mentioned in a Deed relating to Hamilton’s Brewery in Carlow shortly after he married Margaret Dowling.
