Mr Alexander Boles of Levally House,  Levally Farm, Rathdowney, Queen's County has favoured us with instructions to see for him all his Right, Title and Interest in part of the Lands of Levally and Graiguard, containing 185 statue acres.

One of the most choice holdings in Queen's County, facing south by south-east, with a splendid view of the Kilkenny mountains, and from the rear lobby the Tipperary mountains, plentiful supply of choice spring water.

One mile from Rathdowney, four miles to Ballybrophy Railway Station, convenient to Johnstown, Ballinakill, Ballyraggert.

Levally lies practically in the centre of Queen's County, Kilkenny and Tipperary hunting districts.
