This is the cemetery transcription and photo index page. The tombstone project started about 1998 and a couple of visitors chipped in with their records, BUT it has not grown as expected because of lack of volunteers to photograph and transcribe monuments.

We add everything that anyone sends to us, so your contributions are welcome and could help others find out where their ancestors were buried. In those days the cemetery could indicate whether they were Catholic or Protestant, though some cemeteries contained mixed religious burials with no explanation why the were buried where they were.

Have recently discovered that my Emery Family et al might have initially settled in Co Tyrone, before moving down to Co Fermanagh. I'd like to find some info about them, and the Families of their spouses, at Drumquin, Longfield East, TYR but, after reading the NIR rootsweb, couldn't quite understand exactly what you have from Tyrone cemeteries. If you can help me, I could return the favour by supplying more stuff about the cemeteries when I return to NIR at the end of 2008.

I am looking for information on William Clarke, Born abt 6-17-1788. Also, Hugh Caldwell, b.1773 and Jane Anderson b. abt 1782. They married before 1803 - I am guessing that they married before leaving for America.
