1 House on West side Francis MULCAHY Lease dated 17th May, 1766, from John BRISCOE to Edward MANDEVILLE, for the term of 900 years from 25th March, 1766, at the yearly rent of 37l 17s 9d late currency, of these premises and of part of the land of Lower Crehana and Monahina, otherwise Carrickbeg, in the county of Waterford, lot 4, in page 11 or Rental; and by an order of apportionament dated 6th Nov. 1855, the rent of this portion has been fixed at £7 5s 8d. This portion of the holdings is described in said lease as a plot of ground on the East side of Peach lane, containing in front 36 feet and 18 feet in depth, and another piece of ground on the West side of said lane, containing in front 28 feet and in depth 50 feet.

7 House Reps.of Richard SAUSE Lease dated 29th June, 1809, from Henry BRISCOE to Richard SAUSE, for the term of 3 lives renewable for ever, on payment of a pepper corn fine and the nomination of a new life within 12 calendar months, at the yearly  rent of £40 late currency. The lives therein named are those of James SAUSE and John SAUSE, both since deceased, and Richard SAUSE, jun. now aged 54 years, and there has been no renewal. The premises are therein described as the house and back concerns then in possession of Patt CASEY, the house and back concerns adjoining same at South side, formerly held by Michael CANTWELL, with the former yard of said Michael CANTWELL at South side of said two houses and concerns, formerly known as the Old Shambles, with a piece of ground at the rere thereof called the Old Five Alley, situate at the East side of Peach lane, and bounded as therein; also the old Malt house at the west side of Peach lane, on part of which six small slated houses had been lately built, with the yard at the North side thereof, then in the possession of Richd. CLARKE, as a coal yard, bounded as therein

Of Richard SAUSE Lease dated 19 September, 1797, from Henry BRISCOE, to James SAUSE and Richard SAUSE, for the term of 3 lives, renewable for ever, on payment of a pepper corn fine if demanded, on each renewal, and the nomination of a new life within six calender months after the fall of each life, at the yearly rent of £8 16s 6d late currency. The lives therein named, are those of Richd. SAUSE and James SAUSE, both, deceased, and Mary SAUSE, now Mrs. O'DONNELL, aged 64 years, and there has been no renewal. The premises are therein described as the two tenements built by Jas. SAUSE, and situate in New lane, then in the possession of James BURNETT and Henry MATHEW, and bounded as therein, together with the 3 houses on the west side of New lane, then in the possession of said James and Richard SAUSE, and their undertenants, and bounded as therein, together with four cabins at the South side of a lane situate at the west side of Lough street, in Carrick on Suir, then in the possession of David CAHILL and his undertenants, together with a strip of waste ground thereto adjoining, and the ridge or bank on which Tenters formerly stood, and the waste ground westward of said four cabins; which said strip of ground and ridge or bank, and said waste ground westward of said four cabins, was then in the possession of Pierse DOYLE and his undertenants, and on part of which premises said Pierse DOYLE had lately built 5 slated houses, together with the dwelling house, out houses, together with the dwelling house, out houses and premises situate at the North side of the West side of Lough street, aforesaid, on which said David CAHILL then resided.
