I don't have a William, but my John Darragh was listed as 80 years old in Illinois in the 1870 US Census. He came to the US with his son Richard, but I thought he might have a son William as well. John was born in Dromore.

Apparently he is not connected with this William.

One correction - the residence is Chicopee, (not Chicago) Massachusetts.
