Abstract:

1st Part: Nicholas Goslin of Portarlington, County of Queens, Esq. and Arthur Goslin, son of sd Nicholas. 2nd Part: Samuel Crawford of NewtownForbes, County of Longford, Esq and Maria Crawford spinster, his daughter. 3rd part: Rev. George Crawford of Cottage, Clerk [bride's brother] and William Goslin [groom's brother] of Monasterevan in the County of Kildare,Esq. Reciting that a marriage was intended to be shortly had and solemnized by and between the sd Arthur and sd Maria. And reciting that in consideration thereof sd Samuel Crawford hath agreed to give a marriage portion with his daughter of two thousand pounds. Also reciting that sd Nicholas did in cnsderation of sd intended marriage and mrge portion agreed to settle all that part of the lands of Harristown called Heydenborough, otherwise Edenboro, containing forty acres, three roods and thirty-five perches situate in the Barony of Coolock Parish of Tinglass, County of Dublin, whereof sd lands are seized in Fee.

Further Nicholas Goslin makes over to Arthur income and properties due Nicholas from Mathew and Joseph Bathurst of Ballynashkeagh, County of Meath, from properties in Kildare,Meath and Dublin, with reservation of an annuity for himself. Heydenborough formerly in occupation of Edward Sherlock and also lands of Ballynasheaugh, Bathcore and Ballyam and town and lands of Castlekevin, Manor of Further Nicholas Goslin makes over to Arthur income and properties due Nicholas from Mathew and Joseph Bathurst of Ballynashkeagh, County of Meath, from properties in Kildare,Meath and Dublin, with reservation of an annuity for himself. Heydenborough formerly in occupation of Edward Sherlock and also lands of Ballynasheaugh, Bathcore and Ballyam and town and lands of Castlekevin, Manor of [illeg], county of Wicklow, lands of Boycetown and Bufford in county of Kildare, etc, etc.of which George Crawford and William Goslin are to be trustees.
