1656. | Educated Jesuit School Drogheda and| Irish College
Seville Spain, 15.10. 1682| Served Seville as priest,
1682-1689| Served in Archdiocese of Dublin 1689-1713|
Appointed Bishop of Meath 04 09 1713 by | Pope Clement X1 and
consecrated 07 02 1714 | Translated to Archbishop of Dublin
from | Meath in September 1729 | Died on 11th November 1733
in Beresford St. | (then Proper lane.)  Buried in St.
Michan's | (His brother Fr. James, refused the Bishopric | of
Meath prior to his appointment). | Most of his ministry was
carried out secretly, | due to the strictures of the time. He
was| supportive to the Janenists in Utrecht| Deo patriaque
fidelis.

ministry. | His life was edifying, as his | death was holy |

his flock, his sorrowing | parishioners have erected this
