16. Deed, dated 5th January, 1836, between WILLIAM RIALL, of
Anneville, in the county of Tipperary, of the one part; and
WILLIAM DUCKETT, of Upper Mount-street, in the city of
Dublin, of the other part: whereby, for the purpose of
barring and extinguishing all estates tail, and in
consideration of 10s., said WILLIAM RIALL granted, sold, and
conveyed to said WILLIAM DUCKETT, the lands of Knockmorrisy,
Fihedacra, and Loughoona, in the barony of Iffa and Offa
West, and county of TIPPERARY : To hold in trust to the use
of the said WILLIAM RIALL, his heirs and assigns for ever.

Honorable Cornelius, Lord Viscount Lismore, of Shanbally
Castle, in the county of Tipperary, of the first part ; the

Rev. CHRISTOPHER TUTHILL, of Webbville, in the county of the
city of Cork, of the third part: whereby, for the purpose of
barring and extinguishing all estates tail, and in
consideration of �3000, the said Lord Viscount Lismore, and
the Honorable CORNELIUS O'CALLAGHAN, granted, in mortgage,

CHARLES WILLIAM BURY, Earl of Charleville, of Charleville

Milford, in the county of Tipperary, of the first part;
RALPH SMITH SMITH, of the same, of the second part; JOSEPH

third part; and WILLIAM HAMILTON ROE, of Foster-place, in
the city of Dublin, of the fourth part: whereby, for the
purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates tail, and
in consideration of 10s., said ELLEN SMITH and RALPH SMITH
SMITH, granted, sold, and assigned to the said WILLIAM
HAMILTON ROE, discharged of the jointure of 100l. a-year,
payable to the said ELLEN SMITH, the town and lands of
Kilgasky other wise Lisludican, containing 196 acres and
perches; Kilcarran otherwise Kilcarrow, part of Lisludican,
containing 150 acres; part of Quil containing 92 acres; part
of Lisseenboy, called the Millholding, containing 11 acres;
part of Ballinruddery, containing 72 acres 2 roods and 12

21. Deed, dated 14th May, 1836, between SAMUEL MORTON
TUCKEY, of Clonmel, in the county of Tipperary, of the one
part; and William Duckett, of Upper Mount-street, in the
city of Dublin, of the other part: whereby, for the purpose
of barring and extinguishing all estates tail, in
consideration of 10s., said SAMUEL M. TUCKEY granted, sold,
and assigned to said WILLIAM DUCKETT the lands of
Killindonnell, containing 235 acres, in the north Cork City,
liberties of the city of Cork; one dwelling-house, and also
a piece of ground in Tuckey-street, in said city; two
dwelling-houses and back concerns in the South Main-street,
in said city; also tenements in Morgan's-lane, now occupied
as a porter brewery; also the ground rent of a house in the
South Main-street, in said city: To hold in trust for the
use of said SAMUEL MORTON TUCKEY, his heirs and assigns for

22. Deed, dated 13th February, 1836, between RICHARD CAREY,
of Clonmel, in the county of Tipperary, of the one part; and
RICHARD CROLY LABART, of said town, of the other part:
whereby, for the purpose of barring and destroying all
estates tail, in consideration of 10s., said CAREY granted,
sold, and confirmed to the said RICHARD CROLY LABART, the
field on the Kerry road, called the Crooked Acre, containing
1 acre 3 roods and 12 perches, in the barony of Iffa and
Offa, and county of Tipperary, containing 26 acres, more of
Glenary, containing 24 acres, a piece of woodland,
containing 1 acre 2 roods, the two-third parts of Ballybryan
otherwise Farmhill, containing 329 acres 1 rood and 5
perches, in the barony of Glenahira, and county of Waterford
: To hold in trust for the use of the said RICHARD CAREY,
his heirs and assigns for ever.�Inrolled 9th June, 1836.

23. 219.-Deed, dated 3rd June, 1836, between MARY ANNE
ARTHUR and ELEANOR ARTHUR, both of Lawn House, near Hanwell,
in the county of Middlesex, of the one part; and William
Galway, of Baggot-street, in the city of Dublin, of the
other part : whereby, for the purpose of barring and
destroying all estates tail, and in consideration of 10s.,
said MARY ANNE and ELEANOR ARTHUR granted, sold, and
released to the said WILLIAM GALWAY, the two dwelling-houses
in Denmark street, together with the stores in said street,
three houses in George's-street, Newtown Perry, a parcel of
ground in Denmark-street, stores in Denmark-street, a house
and stores in said street, another parcel of ground in said
street, and a house and stores in William-street, in the
parish of St. Michael's, and city of LIME Rick �the town and
lands of Clonoulty called the Church Field and the Roans,
containing 165 acres 1 rood and 6 perches; Piercetown
Clonoulty, containing 165 acres 2 roods and 27 perches, and
West Piercetown Clonoulty, containing 126 acres and 1 rood,
in the barony of Kilnamanagh, and county of TIPPERARY : To
hold to the said William Galway, in trust, for the uses and
purpose in said deed mentioned.�Inrolled 20th June, 1836,

24. Deed, dated 28th July, 1836, between MATTHEW RICHARD
MILLETT, of Kyle, in the county of Tipperary, of the one
part; and HENRY PEDDER, of Clonmel, in said county, of the
other part: whereby, for the purpose of barring and
defeating all estates tail, and in consideration of 10s.,
said MATTHEW R. MILLETT granted, sold, and assigned to said
HENRY PEDDER, the town and lands of Knockaragh, called
Prospect, containing 150 acres, in the parish of Drangan,
barony of Middle third, and county of TIPPERARY : To hold in
trust for the use of the said MATTHEW R. MILLETT, his heirs
and assigns for ever.�Inrolled 3rd August, 1836.

25. Deed, dated 20th July, 1836, between RICHARD the
Honorable RICHARD PENNEFATHER, of Darling hill, in the
county of Tipperary, and of Merrion square, in the city of
Dublin, of the first part; RICHARD PENNEFATHER, the younger,
of the second part; and MARK ANTHONY SAURIN, of Stephen's
Green, in the city of Dublin, and GEORGE BENNETT, jun., of
Merrion-square, in said city, of the third part: whereby,
for the purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates
tail, and in consideration of 5s., the said RICHARD
PENNEFATHER, the elder, as protector of a certain
settlement, bearing date the 28th August, 1798, and RICHARD
PENNEFATHER, the younger, granted, sold, and assigned to
said MARK ANTHONY SAURIN, and RICHARD BENNETT, the town,
lands, and premises called the Castle Quarter of Darling
hill, containing 184 acres 2 roods and 38 perches, in the
barony of Iffa and Offa, county of TIPPERARY : To hold to
the said MARK A. SAURIN and RICHARD BENNETT, subject to the
jointure of 400l., to JANE PENNEFATHER, and to the
provisions of a certain indenture, bearing equal date
herewith, made in contemplation of a marriage between the
said RICHARD PENNEFATHER, the younger, and Lady EMILY
GEORGINA ARRABELLA BUTLER.�In rolled 3rd August, 1836.

26. Deed, dated 9th September, 1836, between RICHARD BUTLER,
of Castle Comer, in the county of Kilkenny, of the one part;
and WILLIAM MASSEY, of Stagdale, in the county of Limerick,
and ROBERT CLARKE, of Bansha, in the county of Tipperary, of
the other part: where by, for the purpose of barring and
extinguishing all estates tail, and in consideration of 5s.,
said RICHARD BUTLER granted, sold, and assigned to the said
WILLIAM MASSEY and ROBERT CLARKE, the several shares and
proportions of the lands of Templemehurny otherwise
Lismacue, parishes of Kilfeacle and Kilshane, and barony of
Clanwilliam ; Crosscyle, in the parish of Donohill, barony
of Killnamanah: Dromlyne, Raheen, Curroghpoor, and
Bohercrow, in the county of TIPPERARY ;�Kulogues, in the
county of LiME Rick : To hold for the several trusts,
provisoes, and conditions in said deed mentioned. Inrolled
28th September, 1836.

27. Deed, dated 22nd July, 1836, between THOMAS PUREFOY, of
Cloghjordan, in the county of Tipperary, and Sybilla, his
wife, of the one part; and the Reverend WILLIAM TRAVERS
HOMAN, of Modreny Glebe, in said county, and WILLIAM
ALEXANDER PUREFOY, of the city of Dublin, of the second
part: whereby, for the purpose of barring and extinguishing
all estates tail, and thereby to remove all doubts as to the
powers of the marriage settlement of the said THOMAS and
SYBILLA, bearing date the 19th October, 1835, and in
consideration of 10s., said THOMAS PUREFOY, and SYBILLA, his
wife, granted, sold, and conveyed to said WILLIAM TRAVERS
HOMAN, WILLIAM A. PUREFOY, their one third part of the lands
of Derryneslin, in the county of TIPPERARY : To hold upon
the uses, trusts, intents, and purposes in said deed
mentioned.�Inrolled 20th October, 1836.

28. Deed, dated 20th October, 1836, between STEPHEN RUSSELL
MARKHAM, of Clonmel, in the county of Tipperary, of the one
part; and GEORGE MARKHAM, of same place, of the other part:
whereby, for the purpose of barring and extinguishing all
estates tail, and in consideration of 10s., said STEPHEN
RUSSELL MARKHAM granted, sold, and assigned to said GEORGE
MARKHAM, several houses, lands, tenements, and hereditaments
in the Main-street, Lough-street, Millstreet, and MARKHAM's
land, in and adjoining the town of Carrick-on-Suir, in the
barony of Iffa and Offa East, and county of TIPPERARY : To
hold in trust, for the use of the said STEPHEN RUSSELL
MARKHAM, his heirs and assigns for ever. �Inrolled 8th
November, 1836.

29. Deed, dated 16th July, 1836, between THEOBALD THEOBALD
PEPPER ROBERTS, of Mota, in the county of Tipperary, of the
first part; Charlotte, his wife, of the second part; and the
Right Honorable BENJAMIN, Lord Bloomfield, of Loughton, in
the King's County, of the third part: whereby, for the
purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates tail and
right of dower, and in consideration of 700l., and also of
5s., said THEOBALD PEPPER ROBERTS and CHARLOTTE, his wife,
granted and assigned to the said BENJAMIN, Lord Bloomfield,
the town and lands of Mota and Ballyscanlan, being a
sub-denomination, containing 300 acres, in the barony of
Lower Ormond, and county of TIPPERARY : To hold said lands,
subject to said 700l., with interest at 5 per cent, and to
redemption.�Inrolled 23rd November, 1836.

30. Deed, dated 10th November, 1836, between ELIAS BOWLER,
of Whitestone, in the county of Tipperary, of the one part;
and WILLIAM SMITH, of Merrion-square, in the city of Dublin,
of the other part: whereby, for the purpose of extinguishing
all estates tail, and all remainders, and in consideration
of 10s., said ELIAS BOWLER granted and aliened to said
WILLIAM SMITH the town and lands of Whitestone, and
Shanbally otherwise Derrynaslin, otherwise Derrynasling, in
the barony of Lower Ormond, and county of TIPPERARY: To hold
in trust for the use of the said ELIAS BOWLER, his heirs and
assigns for ever.�Inrolled 24th November, 1836.

31. Deed, dated 16th November, 1836, between ADAM PERRY, of
the city of Cork, of the first part; the Rev. RICHARD NEWMAN
Perry, of Ballinadee, in the county of Cork, of the second
part; and ROBERT WARREN, of the town of Kinsale, in said
county, and THOMAS SARSFIELD PERRY, of the 81st regiment of
foot, of the third part: whereby, for the purpose of
carrying a certain agreement into effect, and barring and
extinguishing all estates tail, and in consideration of
10s., said RICHARD PERRY, with the consent of the said ADAM
PERRY, granted, bargained, and aliened to the said Robert
Warren, and Thomas S. Perry, the town and lands of Gortmore
and Clonody, in the barony of Iffa and Offa, and county of
TIPPERARY : To hold in trust, for the uses, limitations,
intents, and provisoes declared in a certain deed of
settlement, bearing date the 19th November, 1834, made upon
the intermarriage of the said RICHARD N. PERRY and MARGARET
WINIFRED WARREN.�Inrolled 3rd December, 1836.

32. 3.18.-Deed, dated 11th October, 1836, between HENRY
JAMES BUNBURY MINCHIN, of Soberton, in the county of
Southampton, but now residing at Paris, of the one part; and
WILLIAM MINCHIN, of the city of Dublin, of the other part:
whereby, for the purpose of barring and extinguishing all
estates tail, created by deed bearing date the 11th March,
1791, and in consideration of 10s., said Henry J. B. MINCHIN
granted and released to the said WILLIAM MINCHIN, the town
and lands of Killeaghaghty, containing 80 acres;
Lisnedogobbin, Inchy, Curraghduffe, Inchelogarth, Lisnarlin;
in Graigderrick 23 acres; in Killewardye 20 acres; in
Lisganbehath otherwise Lisglanbehath, Rahurath, and
Glanbeagh, 19 acres 2 roods and 13 perches; in Ballymakill
alias Ballynakill, and Ballysleagh, Rathmoveagh,
Coppickanoran, Lackvanture, Ballybeg, Ballydnoghea alias
Ballymoghea, otherwise Ballynogher, otherwise Ballymeagher,
Loughraine, Gort-derry-begge, Ballypolin, Shanballynagh in
Ballybane, Beaghalasse, Cullagill, Ballynognarth, Lismakin,
Gortinmollin, Aghevoy; in Shanakill 136 acres; in Aghevoy,
called Gortonegowny, 200 acres; in Ballycrean, Ballygarteen,
Ballyhenry, in Booley out of the north east part 90 acres;
in Lisganbehath alias Glanbeagh, and Rearhuriagh alias
Rahuragh, 192 acres 2 roods and 15 perches, in the barony of
Ikerrin, and county of TIPPERARY : To hold in trust, for the
use . the said H. J. B. MINCHIN, his heirs and assigns,
discharged of all estates tail, but subject to the several
incumbrances created by said deed, and an annuity payable to

33. Deed, dated 25th November, 1836, between CHARLES WILLIAM
WALL, of Coolnamuckcourt, in the county of Waterford, of the
first part; JAMES WILLIAM WALL, of the same place, of the
second part; and LORENZO HICKEY JEPHSON, of Carrick-house,
in the county of Tipperary, of the third part: whereby, for
the purpose of barring and extinguishing all estates tail,
created by in denture, bearing date the 16th September,
1794, and in consideration of 10s., the said CHARLES WILLIAM
WALL, and JAMES WILLIAM WALL, granted and released to the
said LORENZO HICKEY JEPHSON, the house and demesne lands of
Coolenemuck, and all the plantations known as the woodland
of Coolenemuck; and also that part of the demesne on which a
lodge lately stood, in the barony of Upper Third, and county
of WATERFORD : To hold in trust for such uses and purposes
as the said CHARLES WILLIAM WALL and JAMES WILLIAM WALL
shall, by any deed or instrument, limit or direct.� Inrolled
