(COUNTY LOUTH). LANDED ESTATES COURT--FRIDAY MAY 13TH. Judge Longfield sat on this day for the sale of the following estates;- County Louth. In the matter of the estate of Patrick Boyle, Marianne Boyle, and James N. Macneill, Owners; Nicholas Callan and John Mullen, executors of Mary Callan, deceased, Petitioners. Lot 1--House, yard and offices in Church Street, Dundalk, producing a rent of £24 per annum, was purchased by Mr. Hart for £930. Lot 2--A plot of ground, known as St. Helena Quay upon which two houses have been built, situate in the town of Dundalk, producing a rent of £15, was bought by Mr. Graham for £330. Lot 3--A plot of ground, known as Black Seatown, producing a rent of £15, was purchased by Mr. Callan for £180. Mr. Burton Booth, 159, Lower Gloucester St. had the carriage of sale.
