The Limerick Chronicle 11 April 1849

On Saturday night last, at his house, in Henry Street, after a short illness, 
but in a very advanced age, Henry Bowles, Esq. a gentleman of highly respectable 
character and deportment, and deservedly held in great esteem by every class of 
his fellow-citizens.
