7. Deed, dated 11th July, 1836, between ROBERT VICARS, of
Grantstown, in the Queen's County, of the one part; and ROBERT
FITZGERALD, of Levally, in the said county, of the other part:
whereby, for the purpose of barring, and extinguishing all
estates tail, and in consideration of 10s., said ROBERT VICARS
granted, sold, and assigned to the said ROBERT FITZGERALD the
town and lands of Moyada, containing 426 acres, in the barony
of Culinagh, and Queen’s County: To hold in trust for the use
of the said ROBERT VICARS, his heirs and assigns for ever,
subject to the trusts in said deed mentioned.— Inrolled 20th
July,1836.

8. Deed, dated 9th April, 1836, between ELIZA JANE DOYNE, of
Hollyville, in the county Dublin, of the first part ; PHILIP
DOYNE, of Merrion-square, in the city of Dublin, of the second
part; PHILIP POWLETT DOYNE, of Bath, in the county of
Somerset, of the third part; JOHN FARRELL, of Kingsford, in
the county of Meath, of the fourth part; the Rev. CHARLES
WILLIAM DOYNE, of Fethard, in the county of Wexford, clerk, of
the fifth part; PHILIP POWLETT DOYNE, of the sixth part; Bury
Doyne, of WHITE WALTHAM, in the county of Berks, of the
seventh part; ROBERT DOYNE, of Borris, in the county of Carlow,
of the eighth part; ROBERT WHITE, formerly of Borris
Castle, now of Oldglass, in the Queen's County, and ANNE, his
wife, of the ninth part; ELIZA DOYNE, of Hollyville, in the
county of Dublin, of the tenth part; and WILLIAM HAMILTON, of
Durrow, in the county of Kilkenny, and HENRIETTA, his wife, of
the eleventh part; and ROBERT SIMPSON, of Summerhill, in the
city of Dublin, of the twelfth part: whereby, for the purpose
of barring and extinguishing all estates tail, and in
consideration of 5s. apiece, said ELIZA JANE DOYNE, PHILIP
DOYNE, PHILIP POWLETT DOYNE, and JOHN FARRELL, granted, sold,
and con firmed to said ROBERT SIMPSON, the town and lands of
Cargain otherwise Ballycarney Park, Quinagh, with the bog and
boggy pastures, in the barony and county of Carlow: To hold in
trust for the use of the said ELIZA JANE DOYNE, her heirs and
assigns for ever, subject to the several charges and
encumbrances specified in the schedule to this deed affixed.—

9. Deed, dated 21st November, 1836, between JOHN HELTON, of
No. 27, Henry-street, in the city of Dublin, of the one part;
and WILLIAM NEILSON, of Abbey-street, in said city, of the
other part: whereby, for the purpose of barring and defeating
all estates tail, and in consideration of 5s., said JOHN
HELTON granted and released to the said WILLIAM NEILSON the
town and lands of Druminer otherwise Drum, otherwise Drummin,
Derringown and Ardnadrum, containing 333 acres of arable land,
and 222 acres of coarse pasturable land and bog, making 899
acres of the present statute measure, in the parish of
Rosenalis, barony of Tenehinch, and QUEEN’S COUNTY : To hold
in trust for the use of the said JOHN HELTON, his heirs and
assigns for ever. Inrolled 23rd November, 1836. 10. Deed,
dated 12th September, 1836, between HUGH ALDBOROUGH BOWEN, of
Kilnacourt, in the Queen's County, of the one part; and
FRANCIS JAMES CARD, of York-street, in the city of Dublin, of
the other part: whereby, for the purpose of barring and
defeating any estate tail, created by a certain deed bearing
date the 17th day of May, 1796, and in consideration of 5s.,
said HUGH A. BOWEN granted and released to the Queen's Co.
said JAMES CARD, the town and lands of Kilnacourt otherwise
Killincourt, otherwise Courtswood, Upper and Lower, in the
parish of Lea, barony of Portnahinch, and Queen’s County: To
hold in trust for the use of the said HUGH A. BOWEN, his heirs
and assigns, discharged of all estates tail.-Inrolled 13th
December, 1836.

10. Deed, dated 27th December, 1836, between MICHAEL
LLOYD APJOHN, of Warrington place, in the city of Dublin, and
JOHN CROZIER LLOYD, of the first part; CHARLOTTE DUCKETT, of
the second part; MARY ANNE DUCKETT, of the third part; and
Thomas Rawlins, of Harcourt street, in the county of Dublin,
and William Duckett, of Upper Mount-street, in the city of
Dublin, of the fourth part: whereby, for the purpose of
carrying into effect a contemplated marriage between the said
JOHN CROZIER LLOYD and MARY ANNE DUCKETT, and providing a
maintenance for the said Mary Anne, in the event of her
surviving her husband, and in consideration of 10s., the said
WILLIAM LLOYD APJOHN granted, released, and for ever conveyed
unto the said THOMAS RAWLINS and WILLIAM DUCKETT, the house,
demesne, and lands, called Sabinefields, being part of the
lands of Ballintogher, containing 84 acres 1 rood and 21
perches, in the parish of Lea, barony of Portnehinch, and
Queen’s County: To hold in trust, for the life of the said
MICHAEL LLOYD APJOHN, and then to the use of the said JOHN C.
and MARY ANNE LLOYD, or the survivor of them ; and the said
MARY ANNE, in consideration of the said marriage, and the
provision provided for her, in order to destroy all estates
tail, and a further consideration of 10s., granted and
released to the said THOMAS RAWLINS and WILLIAM DUCKETT, the
one undivided third part or share of the houses, lands, and
premises in Duckett-street, on the north side of the east
suburbs of Clonmel, bounded on the north by Patrick Rivers'
fields; on the south, by the late THOMAS DUCKETT'S dwelling
house and offices, and Farrell's tenements; on the east, by
ROBERT HOGAN and MICHAEL BURKE'S fields; and on the west by a
field formerly in the tenancy of Thomas Duckett; also one
undivided third part of the yearly rent of 91. 4s. 7d.,
payable for the right of passage through said street, by
PATRICK RIVERS: To hold in trust, for the joint lives of the
said JOHN C. and MARY ANNE LLOYD, and the survivor of them.
And the said MARY ANNE, with her own money, having built 2
slated houses and out offices on said premises, the said
CHARLOTTE DUCKETT, the mother of said MARY ANNE, undertakes
for herself and her executors, that upon her daughters,
CHARLOTTE and ISABELLA, now minors, attaining their full age,
to use her best endeavours with them respectively to execute a
lease of said 2 houses to the said THOMAS RAWLINS and WILLIAM
DUCKETT, for the trusts and uses in said deed mentioned.—
Inrolled 27th June,1837. 13. Deed, dated 6th September, 1837,
between FLOOD FIRMAN STEELE, of Bally Edmond, in the Queen's
County, of the one part; and LYNN CAREW, of Lower Mount-
street, in the city of Dublin, of the other part : whereby the
said FLOOD F. STEELE, in order to bar and extinguish all
estates tail in a certain annuity or rent charge, in
consideration of 10s., granted and released to the said LYNN
CAREW, the said annuity or rent charge of £92, chargeable and
payable out of the one undivided moiety of the town and lands
of Coogy, Cappanaleigh, and Upper and Lower Knockmihill, in
the barony of Kilnemanagh, and county of TIPPERARY : To hold
said annuity in trust, for the said FLOOD F. STEELE, his heirs
and assigns for ever.—Inrolled 28th September, 1837. 14. 470.—
Deed, dated 22nd November, 1837, between WALTER HOVENDON,
formerly of Ballylehane Colliery, in the Queen's County, but
now of the city of Dublin, of the one part; and JOHN CHAMBERS,
of said city, of the other part: in order to bar, dock, and
defeat all estates tail, the said WALTER HOVENDON, in
consideration of 10s., granted and released to said JOHN
CHAMBERS, the Coal mine or Colliery of Lower Modubeagh, on
that part of the lands of Ballylehane, called by the name of
Bambrick mountain, containing 183 acres, with the new
dwelling-house and offices, barrack, and engine- house, in the
parish of Kilaban, barony of Ballyadams, and Queen’s County :
To hold in trust, for the use of the said WALTER HOVENDON, his
heirs and assigns for ever.—Inrolled 23rd
November, 1837.

11. Deed, dated 9th January, 1837, between JOHN LECKY, of
Cullenswood House, near the city of Dublin, and Maria, his
wife, of the first part; JOHN HARTPOLE LECKY, of the second
part ; MARY ANNE TALLENTS, of Newark-upon-Trent, in the county
of Nottingham, of the third part; WILLIAM EDWARD TALLENTS, of
the fourth part; and ARTHUR THOMAS, of Woodside, Cheshire, and
GODFREY TALLENTS, of Newark-upon-Trent, of the fifth part:
whereby, in consideration of a marriage intended to be
solemnized between said JOHN HARTPOLE LECKY, and MARY ANNE
TALLENTS, and of £5,000, her marriage portion, and for the
purpose of creating a jointure of £500 a-year for the said
Mary Anne, and a provision for younger children, and in
further consideration of 10s., said JOHN LECKY and wife,
granted, sold, and conveyed to said ARTHUR THOMAS, and GODFREY
TALLENTS, the town and lands of Newgarden, Lower Kilnock,
Aghanure, Badgerhill, Monakabeer, being part of the lands of
Quinah, and Ballycarney, or a sub-de nomination of Quinagh, in
the baronies of Catherlough, Idrone, and Saint Mullins, and
county of CARLOW, being the premises comprised in a certain
indenture of release and settlement, dated 12th January, 1795:
To hold for the uses and interests for which same were
conveyed by said settlements, subject to the provisions and
conditions in these presents specified. Said deed also
contains a grant from said JOHN LECKY and wife, and JOHN
HARTPOLE LECKY, jun., to said ARTHUR THOMAS, and GODFREY
TALLENTS, of their one undivided moiety or half part of the
lands comprised in the will of GEORGE HARTPOLE, formerly of
Strule, in the Queen's County, that is to say, the town and
lands of Grange alias Monks Grange, Rapa, Bohernesere alias
Bohernesyre, Acre Gallin, Garrybrickane, Cappenaboe,
Loghbrickane, Poulshanamrouge, allinthermer alias Ballyharmer,
Rathduffe, Farman’s alias Castlenoe, Cappanamrorge alias
Cappanamrock, Mayo, Rossannoe, Clonbroke, Gorrough, Doonane
alias Downane, Farranagellimoyle alias Farrenecolonel,
Lougheroconnell, and Hendonnell, in the barony of
Sleevemerique, and Queen’s County: To hold, subject for the
uses, intents, and purposes, in said will expressed, dated 5th
September, 1795. Inrolled 9th March, 1837.
