In the Name of God Amen I Mathew Dunn of
Punchestown in the County of Kildare being in good
health and of perfect mind memory and understanding
do make and publish this my last Will and Testament
hereby revoking any Will or Wills by me at any time
heretofore made I hereby give devise and bequeath to
my beloved wife Anne Dunn all my property both Real
and Personal of every nature and kind whatever of
which I am now possessed or may hereafter become
entitled unto the same to be managed and disposed of
by her to the best advantage for her own use and that
of her five Children by me that is to say Margaret Dunn
Edward Dunn Mathew Dunn William Dunn and Anna
Maria Dunn in such shares and proportions as to my
said Wife Anne shall seem most proper and I hereby
appoint my said dear Wife together with William
Murphy of the City of Dublin Esquire and Mathew
Coogan of Tinode Square joint Executors of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto ad to a Dupicate
whereof subscribed my name and affixed my Seal this
thirtieth day of December One thousand eight hundred
and thirty three Mathew Dunn

It is my further will that I do appoint as another
Executor together with my Executors already
mentioned Mr Jeremia Dunn of Ushers Quay No 4

Proved at London with a Codicil 23 October 1838 to Anne Dunn
otherwise Dunne power reserved to other Executors
