Logansport Journal, Logansport, Indiana
Mrs. Margaret Martin, wife of Michael Martin,
died at her home at 1906 Market street yesterday
afternoon after a long illness . The deceased was
born in County Galway, Ireland, Jan. 27, 1826,
and was married to Michael Martin, a native of
the same county, Aug. 20, 1849. They came to
this country in August 1863 and located in 
Logansport, and had made this place their home
continuously ever since. Five children, with the 
husband survive.
