To be sold by auction in seventeen Lots
For Sale, on Friday the 19th day of November 1852.

Key: A R P = Acres, Roods, Perches. Measurement of land Key: 40 Perches = 1 Rood. 4 Roods = 1 acre.

LOT NO 7: Rental of the Lands of TONROE, situate in the Barony of Clare, and County of Galway. 
This Lot is situated within one mile of Headford, three miles from Shruel, four miles from Knockferry (upon Lough Corrib)
which is twelve miles from Galway. It is well adopted for sheep pasture, dairy land, or Tillage, is conveniently watered, 
and lies at an elevation upwards of 100 feet above sea level, with a Southern aspect. The vicinity of the Market Towns to
Headford and Shruel considerably enhance the value of the Lands.
OBSERVATION: Most Rents have been abated downwards by the Court of Chancery, per Annum, but such abatements is not binding 
on the purchaser.
