                                                                        for lives of the said THOMAS KELLY, who is living, and PETER CORBON,
                                                                        who is dead. Quantity stated in lease to be 13 acres and 35 perches,
                                                                        statute measure. Covenant by Lessee not to have any one year in tillage
                                                                        more than 8 acres, under a penalty of £1 per acre for any greater quantity
                                                                        tilled. Also, a caluse (clause) against alienation, on breach of which
                                                                        lease to be void. The counterpart of this lease is not forthcoming, but
                                                                        a compared copy will be handed to the purchaser. Rent abated by Master of
                                                                        Chancery to £7 16s. yearly, pending cause of GREVILLE against BROWNE, but
                                                                        this abatement will not be binding on the purchaser.
