                     	                          	                         1831. Quantity stated in lease to be the Mill of Moyne, with the
                     	                          	                         appurtenances, and 37 acres, 1 rood, and 1 perch, statute measure.
                     	                          	                         Reservation to Lessor, his heirs, &c, of all royalties and timber,
                     	                          	                         and liberty of hunting, hawking, fishing, and fowling. Covenant
                     	                          	                         against alienation, on breach of which lease to be void. Covenant by
                     	                          	                         Lessee to permit Lessor, his heirs, &c., to convert to his and their
                     	                          	                         own use the water flowing to the mill, from twelve o'clock every
                     	                          	                         Saturday night to the same hour on Sunday night; also, to grind all
                     	                          	                         such corn as Lessor, his heirs, &c., should require for the use of the
                     	                          	                         Mansion-house of Moyne, and to prepare and dress the same free of charge,
                     	                          	                         and in default thereof to forfeit £5 upon every occasion of breach.
                     	                          	                         Life of HONORIA DELAHUNT, now HONORIA WADE, wife of the Lessee, who is
                     	                          	                         also living, added to this Lease by endorsement thereon, signed by both
                     	                          	                         said parties, and dated 15th February, 1841. Rent abated by Master of
                     	                          	                         Chancery to £70 8s. yearly, pending cause of GREVILLE against BROWNE,
                     	                          	                         but this abatement will not be binding on the purchaser. The tenant has
                     	                          	                         a right of turbary on the Bog of Derreen as an appurtenant to the premises
                     	                          	                         demised.

                                                                             1852, or pending cause of GREVILLE against BROWNE. This tenancy will
