LOT NO 2 Held in Fee.

The Townland of MILLTOWN is situate in the Electoral Division of Milltown, union of Tuam, Parish of
Addergoole, Barony of Dunmore, County of GALWAY. There is a small village built on this Townland,
called Milltown, in which there are markets held; there is also a small Mill built on the River
Clare, which bounds Milltown on the South side. A portion of the Lands are of excellent quality,
being rich arable soil; other portions of the Townland would be very much benefited by thorough
draining. Milltown is about 8 miles distant from Tuam.

The Townland of DRIM or DRUM is situate in the Electoral Division of MILLTOWN, union of Tuam, Barony
of Dunmore, and County of Galway. The Townland is situate at a distance of nine miles from Tuam, and
one mile from Milltown.
Mr LAWRENCE, possesses but a portion of the Townland of DRUM. The land in general is good sound
soil. There is a good deal of wet reclaimed Bog on this Townland, and also a Turf Bog attached to
it.

LARGAN adjoins CLONLEE, DOONLAIR and GURTLAGGAGH are Sub-denominations of LARGAN. The Tenants seem
more independant than those on CLONLEE. The arabale land on this Townland is of somewhat better
discription than that on CLONLEE. There is a considerable portion of wetland here which might be
much improved by being thorough drained.

                                                                               of the land in this Tenant's occupation is held by him as tenant from 
                                                                               year to year, tenancy terminating 1st May in each year.
