			Well-Secured head rents payable out of the
		    the Lands of Curriglass (LOTS 1 and 2) and Lisnabrin, (LOTS 3-9)
		 with their sub-denominations situate in the Barony of Kinnatalloon,
				County of Cork, held in Fee:

		portion of said lands of Curriglass, situate as last foresaid,
			held under lease for term 900 years [LOTS 1 & 2]

	the Fee-farm rent of £42 15s 2d, payable out of the Lands of Ballynakelly, alias Glengariff,
		in the Barony of Orrery and Kilmore, County Cork [LOT-10]

	Fee-farm rent of £38 13s 1d payable out of the Lands of Munee, or Muneleigh. in the

PARTICULARS OF TENANCY: Lease dated 1st February, 1763 from The Hon. John Baron LISLE, to
Henry WALLIS of Curriglass, otherwise Lisna, County Cork containing 20a 1r 37p (excepting
mines and minerals, timber, royalties &c.) for term of 99 years, at annual rent of  £21 present
currency.

OBSERVATIONS: The tenant is liable to pay all Tithe rent charge payable out of this Lot.  The lands
demised by the foregoing leases lie together and the boundary between them cannot now be pointed out
or ascertained, but by a recent survey both Lots total are found to contain 32a 0r 27p Statute measure.
2nd Lease dated 1st May 1770 from Nicholas LYSAGHT, Esq. to said Henry WALLIS, of the houses,
out-houses (excepting mines and minerals, timber, royalties &c.) for 92 years for 92 years for
£12 12s 0d present currency

	By lease dated 1st July 1800, the Hon. James LYSAGHT demised the above lands to Francis
WOODLEY, Esq. of Frankfort, County Cork and thereby are 32 acres, for a term of 900 years for
£36 8s 0d, late currency to commence from and after the expiration of said leases so made to
said Henry WALLIS.

OBSERVATIONS:  The tenant is liable to pay all Tithe rent charge payable out of this Lot. It appears
that by a recent survey taken these lands were found to contain 15a 2r 16p statute measure.

William VOWELL of the dwelling-house, and gardens together with the out-offices and back concerns
thereunto belonging, for term of 980 years.  Contains usual covenants between landlord and tenant
with said Wm. VOWELL, his heirs &c. right to surrender the premises every three years upon giving
one year's previous notice in writing.

Observations:  The tenant is liable to pay all Tithe rent charge payable out of this Lot. It appears
that by a recent survey taken these lands were found to contain 21a 0r 30p statute measure.
